Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Clerk – Tampa, FL
Pay: $20–$22/hour (based on tenure)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

We’re hiring a Shipping and Receiving Warehouse Clerk to join a national logistics leader in Tampa, FL specializing in steel fasteners for a wide range of industries. Pay Progression:

• Start: $20/hour

• After 3 months: $21/hour

• After 6 months: $22/hour

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment

• Verify shipping documents and ensure accuracy

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Perform inventory counts and resolve discrepancies

• Load and unload delivery trucks

• Collaborate with your team to ensure efficient workflow

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Forklift Certification

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations

• Comfortable using computers for basic data entry and inventory tracking

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
