SHIPPING & RECEIVING FORKLIFT OPERATOR (Shipping & Receiving Associate)

Pay Rate: $15.00/hr

Schedule

Training Schedule (First 5 Days):

• 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

After training (rotates every 2 weeks):

• 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Occasional Saturdays may be required based on production needs.

What You'll Do

• Label and prepare product for outbound customer shipments

• Load and unload materials safely using:

• Clamp truck

• Sit-down forklift

• Electric pallet jack

• Verify shipments and ensure order/product accuracy

• Support shipping & receiving in a high-volume environment

• Assist with inventory movement and material handling

• Maintain clean, organized dock and warehouse areas

• Follow OSHA guidelines and all company safety policies

• Perform additional warehouse duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience (required)
• Forklift certification/license (required)
• Experience with clamp trucks and/or electric pallet jacks (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Able to work quickly and accurately in a busy warehouse
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to assist with hanging large paper rolls onto machinery
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and reach throughout the shift

PPE Requirement

• Steel-toe shoes with ESD rating (required)
