Shipping & Receiving

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License and ability to pass DOT physical and drug test
• 2+ years of experience driving a box truck or cargo van preferred
• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, safety procedures, and shipping documentation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing and warehouse environment

Preferred Qualifications

Forklift certification or experience
Overhead crane experience
Experience with UPS, FedEx, or other shipping systems
Manufacturing or industrial experience

What You'll Do

Safely operate company vehicles to transport materials between customer locations, suppliers, and company facilities
Prepare products for shipment by packaging, labeling, and verifying shipping information
Support daily shipping activities, including UPS and FedEx shipments
Assist with receiving incoming materials and verifying package contents
Move materials throughout the facility using pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
Operate packaging equipment including crimping and banding tools
Support inventory movement and material flow to production and warehouse areas
Prepare shipping documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Follow quality procedures and shipping requirements to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Utilize proper safety equipment and follow established safety procedures
Operate forklifts and overhead cranes as required (training provided if needed)
