· SAP experience.
· Experience handling Purchase Orders (POs).
· Knowledge of Bills of Lading (BOLs), Manifests, and shipping documentation.
· Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Email, Data Entry).
· Billing and documentation experience.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
· Background check required.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate and schedule purchase order (PO) deliveries, storage deliveries, and pickups.
· Check in inbound drivers and assign dock doors.
· Create Inbound Delivery Documents (IBDs) in SAP and PFS.
· Process and finalize purchase orders after receiving goods.
· Prepare, print, and organize Bills of Lading (BOLs) and manifests.
· Track inbound and outbound shipments and monitor delivery status.
· Process lumper payments, issue checks, and reconcile weekly records.
· Update PO delivery dates and communicate scheduling changes.
· Maintain accurate receiving, shipping, and storage documentation.
· Perform billing, data entry, and sales transaction processing.
· Communicate with warehouse supervisors, carriers, and drivers.
· Answer inbound phone calls and respond to emails regarding warehouse operations.
Coordinate inbound and outbound warehouse logistics by scheduling purchase order deliveries, managing shipment documentation, and ensuring accurate receiving and shipping processes. Create and process SAP inbound delivery records, prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs), track shipment status, and maintain warehouse documentation. Support warehouse operations through billing, data entry, lumper payment processing, and effective communication with carriers, drivers, warehouse personnel, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient logistics operations.
