Description
Responsibilities:
Perform shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
Receive, inspect, and prepare materials for shipment.
Pack, unpack, and verify incoming and outgoing products.
Process shipping documents, freight bills, packing slips, and bills of lading.
Use computer systems to track, log, verify, and report inventory and shipments.
Verify product quantity, weight, and identification accuracy.
Route shipments and post shipping charges.
Support inventory control, storage, and distribution activities.
Follow shipping procedures, transportation schedules, and safety standards.
Assist with production support and warehouse operations as needed.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience.
Knowledge of production, warehouse, and shipping procedures.
Experience using computer systems for inventory and shipping transactions.
Ability to read and process shipping and receiving documentation.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Vocational or technical training/certification is a plus.
Work Environment:
Medical device manufacturing and warehouse environment.
Combination of manual material handling and computer-based tasks.
Requires receiving, storing, packaging, and shipping materials.
May assist in inventory control and distribution center operations.
