Job Description:

The Panther Group is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate for an exciting opportunity with a growing manufacturing company. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or material handling experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.

The Shipping & Receiving Associate will support incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory management, material handling, and production support activities to ensure materials and products move efficiently throughout the operation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently
  • Verify shipping documents, packing slips, and shipment information for accuracy and completeness
  • Load and unload materials, products, and shipments safely
  • Support material handling, stockroom, and inventory activities
  • Assist with kitting and staging materials for manufacturing work cells
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure timely material flow and shipping priorities are met
  • Prepare bills of lading and coordinate third-party freight and trucking services
  • Prepare shipment documentation for domestic and international/overseas shipments
  • Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records within the ERP system
  • Support warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, and general stockroom functions
  • Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications
  • Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing or production environments is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Experience with ERP systems (EVO preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including:
    • Excel
    • Word
    • Outlook

Pay: $20/hour depending on experience
