We are seeking a skilled Shipping, Receiving, and Packaging Manager to oversee daily operations of these departments within a manufacturing organization.
The role involves leading, training, and mentoring team members, optimizing processes, and ensuring accurate and timely product packaging and delivery.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience in shipping and receiving, preferably in a manufacturing setting, along with knowledge of inventory control, logistics, and shop-floor processes.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and process improvement skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with teams.
