1 Shift | 7:00 AM 3:30 PM + Overtime as Needed
Were looking for a reliable and motivated Shipping Lead to support daily shipping and receiving operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you have forklift experience, leadership skills, and a strong attention to detail, we want you on our team!
What Youll Do:- Code and stage products for shipment
- Operate forklifts to load, unload, and move materials
- Maintain heavies and block stock inventory
- Complete SAP reporting and request trailer moves
- Support shipping and receiving operations
- Train and assist new hires and team members
- Perform daily forklift inspections
- Ensure safety procedures and PPE requirements are followed
What Were Looking For:- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in hot manufacturing conditions
- Able to stand for long periods
- Positive attitude with strong attendance
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
- Leadership mindset with strong teamwork skills
