* Process customer orders and enter data accurately into internal systems
* Communicate with customers by phone and email regarding order status, shipping updates, and delivery timelines
* Review and match order paperwork, shipping documents, and related information
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
* Respond to customer inquiries related to tracking, shipping changes, and general support needs
* Maintain organized records of customer orders and documentation for follow-up
Assist with filing, document preparation, and occasional mailing of customer materials
Support the customer service team with administrative tasks and reporting as needed
Utilize internal ERP systems and basic Excel spreadsheets for data entry and tracking

Required Skills & Experience:
* Must have prior experience in customer service or a role involving customer interaction
* Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English
* Must be comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email
* Must have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook
* Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Must be able to work full-time in an office environment, Monday through Friday

Preferred Skills & Experience:
* Experience working in a manufacturing, distribution, or shipping environment
* Familiarity with shipping documentation such as bills of lading
* Experience using ERP systems or order entry systems
