Job Title: International Logistics Assistant
Location: Mount Olive, NJ (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay: $21–$23/hour

Join a dynamic team supporting order management, shipping, and international operations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain, ERP systems, and customer operations. Ideal for candidates with some experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service, or manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order entry, order processing, and quotation management
  • Prepare shipping documentation, labels, and courier shipments (domestic & international)
  • Provide customer support including order status, shipment tracking, and inquiries
  • Manage CRM data entry and ERP transactions
  • Process Return Material Authorizations (RMA)
  • Follow up on payment pending orders
  • Coordinate internally with Sales, Operations, and Service teams
  • Support month-end close, reporting, and documentation (IQ/OQ)
  • Assist with specialty shipments, training events, and promotional materials
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma (Associate’s or Bachelor’s a plus)
  • 1+ years experience in logistics, order processing, customer service, or supply chain
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook skills
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), CRM systems
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking ability
