Shipping Coordinator
The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing all shipping activities to support production and customer delivery requirements. This role ensures finished goods, materials, and documentation are processed accurately, packaged properly, and shipped on time in compliance with customer, quality, and regulatory requirements. The Shipping Coordinator works closely with Production, Quality, Planning, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Summary
- Prepare, package, and ship finished goods in accordance with customer specifications and company procedures.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments using approved carriers and freight providers.
- Generate shipping documentation including packing slips, bills of lading, commercial invoices, export paperwork, and shipping labels.
- Verify product counts, part numbers, revisions, serial numbers, and customer requirements prior to shipment.
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific packaging, labeling, ESD, and handling requirements for electronic assemblies and components.
- Maintain accurate shipment records within ERP/MRP systems and shipping databases.
- Schedule freight pickups and communicate shipment status to internal teams and customers as required.
- Work closely with Production and Planning teams to prioritize shipments and meet customer delivery commitments.
- Responsible for the proper handling and management of hazardous waste generated in their work area.
- Perform other assignments as required
