Employment Types: Temp to Hire, Full Time.


Pay Rate: $15.00 / hour


Position Requirements:


+ Develop versatility and competence in all related job tasks and operations

+ Submit Improvement Proposals as needed in regards to Safety, Well Being, Efficiency, cost, 5S

+ Participate in the implementation of Improvement proposals as required Participate to safety and environment risks reduction & participate in line QRQC Respect Zoning, 5S and improvements by his/her team

+ Participate in VPS (Valeo Production Systems) workshops (flow analysis MUDA hunting, 5S, Hoshin, TPM) Respect Valeo 5 axes in daily activities to reach and maintain V5000 targets

+ Use of basic math skills (Adding, Subtracting, Multiplying, and Basic Division)

+ Completion of daily paperwork as required of the area

+ Operation of Fork Lift if required and certified to Valeo Standards

+ Ability to operate at or exceeding production rate and pace

+ Visual inspection and confirmation of part compared to provided visual documentation

+ Maneuver and Assemble small parts and tools as required

+ Operation of handheld technology


Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old., required education: HS Diploma or GED.


Work Location: Valeo, Winchester, KY 40391.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $15.00 - $15.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
