The Shipping Clerk is responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of products across the USA by coordinating with carriers and internal teams.
- Schedule shipments, prepare bills of lading, and communicate with freight carriers to meet delivery deadlines.
- Maintain relationships with carriers, negotiate quotes, and manage transportation details in SAP.
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Sales, and Production regarding order status, transfers, and inventory needs.
- Verify invoices and shipping documents for compliance with tariffs and customs regulations.
- Resolve transportation issues and perform other related duties as needed.
Requirements include at least 1 year of shipping experience, bilingual in English and Spanish, proficiency with SAP and MS Excel, strong communication skills, and a detail-oriented, customer-focused approach. The role requires working on-site full-time, with flexibility to work early and stay late as necessary.
