COMPETITIVE PAY & BENEFITSBenefits Effective Day 1Med, Den, Vision, 401k (4% match), Annual Retirement Contribution (3%), Life & AD&DPaid VacationTuition Assistance ProgramFitness Reimbursement ProgramOpportunity for AdvancementSUMMARYWorking under the general supervision of the Warehouse Manager, following specific procedures, performs a variety of duties to accomplish the shipment of all finished goods and the receipt of all purchased materials.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMay include, but are not limited to, the following:Answer questions and changes about orders from customer serviceRespond to any and all e-mails pertaining to shipping or receiving questions or needsPrint Picking Tickets for orders to be pulled for customersInput completed customer orders pulled and generate packing list and pallet list with BOL to be attached to orderCall in freight to be pickup everydayProvide directions to truck driversASN freight or order depart orders after it has been picked upPull hot orders as neededAudit inbound and outbound shipmentsAssist with cycle countsDouble check all hot orders as neededAssist with quarterly inventoryComply with all Employee Conduct and Work RulesComply with all Company policiesPerform all other duties as assignedEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONSMust possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Shipping experience preferred. SAP experience preferred.PHYSICAL DEMANDSWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods and will occasionally be required to work on the warehouse floor, which may involve walking, standing, and other physical activities. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.WORK ENVIRONMENTThe employee primarily works in a professional office environment with a moderate noise level.
