Location: Port of Catoosa (Catoosa, OK)
HireCall is seeking a dependable and motivated Shipping Clerk to join a growing team at the Port of Catoosa. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in staying organized, works well in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of accuracy in shipping operations.

Position Summary
The Shipping Clerk is responsible for preparing, loading, and coordinating outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and efficiency. This role works closely with the shipping coordinator to verify documentation, secure materials, and communicate any potential supply issues to minimize production delays.
This is a safety-sensitive position.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare units for shipment, including wrapping, securing piping, and staging materials
- Load units onto trucks using an overhead crane
- Coordinate with the Shipping Coordinator on “ship loose” items (palletizing, banding, wrapping)
- Verify all parts and materials are accounted for and properly documented
- Operate a forklift on a daily basis
- Communicate any shortages or issues to supervisors promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of forklift and/or material handling experience required
- Previous shipping & receiving experience is a plus
- Ability to read and verify shipping documentation
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven track record of reliable attendance
- Willingness to complete required safety training (forklift, overhead crane, etc.)
