The Shipping and Receiving Specialist manages mail sorting, delivery, and metering using the Neopost IN-700 series, ensuring accurate accounting and compliance. They assist with loading dock operations, inbound deliveries, and maintaining safety and security standards.
- Organize outgoing mail and process shipments via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, following all regulations.
- Handle inbound deliveries, inspect for compliance, and offload packages.
- Support shipping, receiving, and fulfillment tasks, including web and retail order processing.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas.
- Collaborate with team members and follow instructions from senior staff.
- Requirements include computer skills, experience with mailing equipment, package handling, and a valid driver’s license. Must lift items up to 50 lbs and demonstrate excellent customer service and teamwork skills. The role offers a full-time salary of $45,000–$47,000, Monday–Friday, and is union-affiliated.
