Job Description
We are a small private owner company; due to our growth we have an immediate opening for a qualify Shipping/Receiving Coordinator Position. This is a long-term secure position.Hours are from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. If you are looking for a stable job with growth potential, then we want to hear from you. The chosen candidate must have 2 to 3 years' experience.
Responsibilities:
- Verify, and record incoming material.
- Verify receiving product.
- Notify costumer on any receiving issues.
- Arrange appropriate transportation of products.
- Assist customers with shipping inquiries.
- Implement production data.
- Assist with production scheduling.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- MUST Have 2 to 3 years' experience in shipping, logistics.
- MUST have Strong computer knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be able to drive a Forklift.
- Bilingual is a plus.
