Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Experience Requirements

• Previous Shipping & Receiving experience required
• Experience using FedEx Ship Manager and UPS WorldShip
• Stand-up forklift experience preferred
• Familiarity with shipping documentation, packaging procedures, and inventory control
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Job Duties

• Coordinate the flow of materials in and out of the stockroom
• Pull and process customer orders from daily pick lists
• Pack, stage, and prepare finished goods for shipment
• Process shipping documentation, freight charges, and shipping records
• Ensure customer orders are shipped accurately and on time
• Receive incoming deliveries and distribute materials throughout the facility
• Process Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs) and maintain tracking records
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies
• Operate stand-up forklifts and warehouse equipment as needed
• Keep the stockroom clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety standards and procedures

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely load, unload, and organize products in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and production conditions as required.

What You Will Do

As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk you will receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, prepare outbound orders, verify inventory, organize warehouse stock, complete shipping and receiving documentation, and help maintain accurate inventory records. You will safely move products throughout the warehouse while supporting efficient shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations.

The Shipping and Receiving Clerk plays an important role in warehouse logistics by supporting the safe movement, storage, and shipment of products. This position requires attention to detail, organizational ability, and a commitment to inventory accuracy.
