Shipping and Receiving Clerk Description:
Accurately enter customer orders, verify pricing, and ensure all billing and shipping details are correct
Maintain strong, professional customer relationships with timely updates and problem resolution
Prepare all necessary documentation for domestic and international shipments, including packing lists and bills of lading
Serve as a back-up to the Supply Chain Supervisor and assist with material readiness to meet shipment deadlines
Monitor order status, resolve issues, and maintain customer feedback logs in collaboration with the Quality Manager
Conduct customer surveys and report insights to management
Manage purchase requests and perform regular inventory cycle counts
Use AS400 (BPCS), Microsoft Word, and Excel for efficient order and inventory tracking
Lift and move items up to 25 lbs as part of daily tasks
Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and self-motivation in a team-focused environment
