Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, package, and ship customer orders (small parcels & LTL), completing all related documentation and executing shipments via Epicor.
- Receive, inspect, and log inbound deliveries; communicate receipt status and process ERP transactions.
- Pack stainless steel parts for stock inventory following SOPs; create labels and verify accuracy.
- Perform regular cycle counts and maintain accurate ERP data.
- Collaborate with departments to resolve discrepancies and communicate proactively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, operating equipment safely.
- Conduct daily cycle counts of pipes, flanges, and finished goods inventory.
Qualifications:
- Experience in shipping/receiving preferred.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (Epicor a plus).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and safety awareness.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment.
