Shipper and Co-packer Specialist

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders daily according to their respective SOPs with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient fulfillment workspace.
• Support inventory handling and restocking as needed.
• Operate a manual as well as scanning-based fulfillment system dependent on client and product.
• Assist production through co-packing tasks — labeling, assembling, sealing, counting, and packaging products with speed and precision.
• Become highly efficient at repetitive, detail-focused tasks and consistently deliver high-quality results.
• Follow SOPs, quality standards and goals/quotas established.
• Stay flexible and jump in where needed — fulfillment or production depending on daily priorities.
• Be open to occasional overtime or weekend work when needed.

• 1–3+ years of experience in fulfillment/pick/pack/ship (and production environments preferred).
• You are competitive – If I co-pack 100x gummies/hr, you are the type of person who co-packs 150x/hr. You are truly the fastest of fastest. If this is you, you got the job!
• Fast, efficient, and detail-oriented — you move quickly and reliably without sacrificing accuracy, You love beating quotas & KPIs.
