Eagle Eye Roofing is looking for a skilled Roofing Installer Supervisor to lead our crews on mainly residential projects with some light commercial work. We value quality craftsmanship, safety, and integrity — and we take care of our people.
Position: Roofing Installer Foreman
- Full-Time
- Primarily residential roofing (some commercial)
- Starting Pay: $25–$35 per hour (based on experience & qualifications)

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise a crew of roofing installers (not running the crew directly)
- Ensure jobs are completed on schedule and to company standards
- Perform repairs and shingle installation as needed
- Oversee tear-offs, flashing, ventilation, and occasional commercial projects
- Inspect work for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Communicate with project managers and homeowners as needed
- Document job progress (photos, notes, etc.)
Requirements:
- 8+ years of roofing installation experience (shingle expertise required)
- Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred
- Ability to read job orders and ensure installation matches specs
- Reliable, hardworking, and respectful with customers and crew
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Required drug testing (Zero tolerance for drugs, marijuana, and alcohol, etc.)
Preferred (Not Required):
- Knowledge of OSHA safety practices and crew safety leadership
- If not already trained, we will provide OSHA and safety training
