We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and a positive guest experience
Lead, support, and coach team members throughout each shift
Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service
Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations
Oversee opening and closing procedures, including setup and breakdown
Manage staff coverage, break rotations, and workflow during shifts
Step in during peak periods to support operations and maintain service flow
Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner
Handle cash management, including register oversight and balancing
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
Assist with training and onboarding of new team members
Communicate effectively with management regarding shift performance and operational updates
