As Shift Supervisor you will be performing a variety of functions for your assigned shift. You will be providing direction to the on-duty Security Officers of their job requirements, priorities of work, and coordinating any necessary needs of the site.

What You Can Expect:
- A Shift Supervisor is responsible that all post orders are followed, established rounds are completed, needed reports are filed.
- Notifies proper authorities, client, and Securitas management in emergency situations.
- Coaches and disciplines personnel as appropriate; seeks advice from Securitas management or designated representatives as appropriate; meets personally with employees and documents coaching and disciplinary actions.
- Trains Security Officers with functions of their positions, reviews site post orders, and other details of their position.
- In conjunction with company management or designated representatives ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions while on duty.
- Prepares, files, and submits various reports as needed.
- Inspects posts and meets with on duty Security Officers to ensure tasks and responsibilities are being completed.
- Following applicable company policies and procedures and in compliance with state and federal laws, performs supervisory duties that can include training employees, assigning tasks during shift, directing work, coaching, addressing issues, and resolving problems.
- May perform the duties of a Security Officer in accord with post orders and company policy.
