NIGHT SHIFT POSITION - 10 pm. - 7 am.

Summary Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Night Shift Supervisor. While reporting to the Plant Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the efficient flow of materials and information within our organization. You will be responsible for coordinating the

activities of employees in the plant during the off hours. Your role will involve various aspects of the manufacturing process, such safety, machine reliability, quality assurance, and production efficiency.

What you’ll be doing:

• Support the safe and healthy work environment based on the plant’s safety action plan.
• Support Quality Initiatives based on customer specifications and Customer Experience Pillar.
• Ensuring coordination of resources based on daily operation schedule.
• Work closely with the plant engineer, plant superintendent, and department supervisors.
• Maintain KPIs and report to management.
• Responsible for communication and employee engagement on night shift.
• Lead shift meetings for employees.
• Manage employee training and performance as necessary.
• Assist with inventory for maintenance department.
• Review and close maintenance work orders for effectiveness and compliance to FSSC (Food Safety System Certification) governing body.
• Attend the first Production Meetings of the week via phone.
• Have a general understanding of production scheduling to assist with decision making on night shift.
• Ensuring proper time and attendance of employees.

This position is located in our Waco, TX Facility and 100% onsite

We’d love to hear from you if:

• Willing to work nights Monday – Friday, 10:00 pm-7:00 am with overtime & weekends required when necessary.
• At least 2 years of experience in supervision or operational leadership
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook)
• Proficiency using MVPOne or applicable CMMS is preferred.
• Proficiency using ePS, SAP, or an applicable ERP system is preferred.
• Proficiency using UKG, and Coupa is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in supervision or operational leadership in manufacturing is preferred.

Compensation:

The annual base salary range for this role is from $80,000 to $90,000

An annual bonus is awarded to eligible employees upon attaining various business and individual goals as defined by the Company and the department leader.  This annual bonus is discretionary, and the Company has sole discretion to determine the amount of the award.
