NIGHT SHIFT POSITION - 10 pm. - 7 am.
Summary Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Night Shift Supervisor. While reporting to the Plant Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the efficient flow of materials and information within our organization. You will be responsible for coordinating the
activities of employees in the plant during the off hours. Your role will involve various aspects of the manufacturing process, such safety, machine reliability, quality assurance, and production efficiency.

Compensation:
The annual base salary range for this role is from $80,000 to $90,000
An annual bonus is awarded to eligible employees upon attaining various business and individual goals as defined by the Company and the department leader. This annual bonus is discretionary, and the Company has sole discretion to determine the amount of the award.
