Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead production personnel on shift, including performance reviews, coaching, training, and shift planning Troubleshoot processes and perform mold setups/startups as needed Optimize workforce allocation to ensure efficiency and productivity Prioritize mold set-ups and manpower for maximum throughput Monitor machine downtime and implement corrective action plans Maintain accurate production logs and data systems Drive Lean manufacturing initiatives and promote 5S practices Collaborate with support departments to achieve production and quality targets Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance on the production floor Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Minimum 5 years of injection molding experience At least 3 years of experience in shift supervision Strong communication skills and ability to lead diverse teams Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic manufacturing software Understanding of plastics technology, hydraulics, and electronic circuitry Dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of hands-on problem solving Able to lift up to 60 lbs and work in physically active conditions Why Work Here?
