team, overseeing the operations of our restaurant and leading our team members to deliver the best Freddy's experience to every guest.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the team with daily tasks, position work, and
- communicating expectations
- Ensure adherence to Freddy's standards of hospitality, quality, and cleanliness
- Manage cash accountability and have computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Lead shifts, prepare food and frozen custard items with pride and urgency
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant and perform side duties
- Engage with guests, seek feedback, and offer great hospitality
- Follow all health code requirements for food safety and personal hygiene
- Complete Freddy's training materials and specifications
- Perform other related duties as assigned by upper management
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or similar level of education preferred
- Availability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
- Leadership and management skills
- Cash accountability and computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Ability to lead by example and provide excellent guest service
- Knowledgeable of and follows all health code requirements
- Servsafe certification preferred
