Minimum Requirements
Availability of a minimum of 30 hours per week, across at least 4 days per week
Ability to Open and/or Close the restaurant – keyholder responsibilities
Strong commitment to growth and development of self
High capacity for building relationships & communicating effectively with a diverse group of people
Self-starter with ability to work independently

What will you be responsible for?
At Market of Hilliard, we believe that leaders are those who influence change and set an example of service for our team members. Some specific responsibilities include:
Support excellence in daily Operations of a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
Responsible for leading shift operations, ensuring excellence in flow of business
Oversees team members, following all labor law requirements and conducting disciplinary action, when necessary
Respectful and Immediate response to guest needs
Coach, correct and encourage fellow team members
Take and Assemble Catering Orders
Deliver genuine hospitality by smiling, making eye contact, and engaging warmly with guests
Take and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and welcoming dining area and work environment
Handle cash, register tills, and safe with the utmost integrity and attention to detail
Work collaboratively with fellow team members
Maintain Chick-fil-A's high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and service excellence
Follow restaurant policies, including dress code and health & safety guidelines
Assist with other duties as assigned by leadership
