Shift Supervisor

As a Shift Supervisor, you would play a key role in running a successful shift. This includes crew assignment, training, and motivation of your team during your shift. Producing top-quality burgers, fries, and milkshakes, providing a top-notch customer service experience for our guests, and maintaining a clean and appealing kitchen and dining room is what were all about.

In addition to competitive base pay, $15/hour, we offer:

Requirements

• Positive, friendly, upbeat demeanor • Proficiency for leadership and teamwork • High sense of urgency • High sense of integrity • High standard of cleanliness • Strong communication skills • Enjoys staying busy in a fast-paced environment • Desire for personal and professional growth • Ability to lift 50 pounds at a time • Ability to stand for 6 hours at a time • 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry is preferred • ServSafe Certification is a plus • Previous leadership experience is preferred but not required • All employees must have a valid Southern Nevada Health Department Food Handler Card prior to employment
