Shift Manager Savannah, GA
Ready to spice up your career with a fresh start as a Shift Leader at Taco Bell? A Taco Bell Shift Lead (or Shift Manager) acts as the Manager-in-Charge, driving restaurant performance by leading team members, ensuring high-speed, quality service, and enforcing food safety/cleanliness standards.
Benefits Pay ranges from $16-$19 per hour, contingent upon location and experience Benefits include health insurance, a robust bonus program, free meals while at work, and paid time off. Key Responsibilities and Duties: Team Leadership: Supervises crew members, delegates tasks, and provides constructive feedback. Operational Excellence: Opens/closes the restaurant, manages inventory, ensures proper food preparation, and maintains equipment. Customer Experience: Resolves guest complaints, ensures fast service, and models positive, friendly behavior. Safety & Compliance: Ensures adherence to food safety, sanitation, and health standards. Administrative Duties: Performs cash handling, reconciles registers, and assists with profit and loss (P&L) management.
Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. Key qualifications include prior experience in food service or retail management. Candidates must also demonstrate flexibility to work weekends.
