Shift Manager

Zaxby's Shift Manager will assist the General Manager in achieving goals related to sales, costs, profits, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.

Responsibilities:

• Experience as a manager or shift leader for a minimum of one year
• Ensure excellent food quality and the highest level of customer service
• Assist in hiring and training an adequate staff of cooks and cashiers that meet or exceed our qualifications and ensure pay is fair and equitable
• Assist in minimizing the cost of goods sold and labor costs
• Payroll, cash, and sales reporting and the preparation of other reports to assist in the evaluation of store performance

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Educational requirement of at least High School Diploma or GED
• At least one year of management experience

Zaxby's is an American chain of fast casual restaurants offering chicken wings, chicken fingers, sandwiches, and salads. The chain operates primarily in the South, and has more than 900 locations.
