The Expectations of a Successful Five Guys Shift Manager

The expectations of a successful Five Guys Shift Manager are as follows:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Open availability 7 days a week is preferred but not required.
• Prior management experience is required.
• Ability to uphold all Five Guys policies and procedures by leading by example.
• Highly energetic.
• Ability to train and coach staff.
• Great attitude and a smile all while having fun.
