Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of enthusiastic employees
Ensure high standards of food quality and customer service
Manage inventory and control costs effectively
Implement and maintain health and safety procedures
Requirements:
Previous experience in a managerial role (1 year preferred)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and nights
