Position Summary 
The Shift Manager oversees all aspects of production during their shift, ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and customer service standards. They lead the shift team to maintain a safe, efficient, and quality-focused environment while following company policies and procedures. They operate with a continuous improvement mindset. The Shift Manager works closely with support departments and accepts ownership and accountability for all shift outcomes.

 Core Responsibilities
 - Lead and manage shift teams effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced production environment, fostering strong performance and teamwork. Promotes a strong safety culture and ensures compliance with all safety policies
- Monitor and ensure adherence to the production schedule
- Promptly resolve any production, quality, or safety issues while ensuring compliance of food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and product quality standards
- Effectively uses KPIs to monitor and direct team’s performance
- Train, motivate, and supervise production employees, promoting a collaborative work environment
- Work well with management and support departments to achieve the production goals
