The Shift Manager works closely with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to support daily restaurant operations, lead the team, and help create a positive experience for both guests and employees.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Help oversee daily operations and ensure each shift runs smoothly and efficiently.
Lead, train, and support employees while maintaining service and hospitality standards.
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching as needed.
Address guest questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
Assist with opening, closing, cash handling, and shift transitions.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, sanitation, and company standards throughout the restaurant.
