Culver’s of Muscatine is looking for Shift Managers to join our team!

What You'll Do:

• Run shifts effectively to ensure excellent guest service, food quality, and cleanliness
• Demonstrate proficiency in all restaurant positions
• Ensure team compliance with company and food safety standards
• Train team members on various restaurant roles
• Provide prompt service and maintain quick service times
• Perform any other assigned duties

Qualifications:

• A genuine smile and positive attitude
• Good communication skills
• Dependability and teamwork
• ServSafe Managerial Certification (required within 60 days upon hire)
