The Shift Manager (Line Coach) is responsible for coaching and leading the day-to-day operational and financial excellence of Zalat by being a coach and a leader to their peers and demonstrating decision-making that supports operational excellence and the embodiment of Customer 4 Life Service. A great line coach will:Manage the cook line to drive the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
