What You'll Do-

• Lead FOH & BOH teams during assigned shifts
• Set the tone for speed, quality, cleanliness, and hospitality
• Support training and coaching for team members
• Communicate clearly with managers and leadership
• Handle shift execution, problem solving, and guest concerns
• Lead by example and help build strong, team focused culture

• A dependable, positive leader who enjoys working with people
• Someone comfortable giving direction and supporting a team
• Strong sense of accountability and follow through
• Willingness to learn and grow within the restaurant
• Restaurant or leadership experience preferred
