Arby's - Immediate Shift Manager Needed

Are you passionate about delivering delightful experiences through exceptional customer service? Can you handle the pressure of operating a fast-paced restaurant smoothly?

Join Arby's as a Shift Manager and be part of a team that celebrates the art of Meatcraft® while providing high-quality proteins and innovative sides like Curly Fries and Jamocha shakes. As a Shift Manager, you'll support the General Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring seamless operations during each shift. You'll also play a vital role in training and guiding team members to deliver outstanding service that keeps our customers coming back for more.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1+ year in foodservice (Serve Safe Certification is a plus)
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Experience with inventory, cost controls, and cash handling
