Responsibilities:

• Ensure top-notch customer service and satisfaction
• Oversee daily operations and manage staff efficiently
• Maintain food quality and safety standards
• Train and mentor team members
• Must be able to Cut Gut and Mayo, and make sandwiches efficiently.
• Must be able to keep up with slicing and maintain
• Must be able to manage labor, count inventory and basic data entry.

Requirements:

• Passion for fresh ingredients and delicious food
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
