Responsibilities:

• Ensure exceptional customer service by leading and motivating the team
• Supervise and coordinate daily operations during assigned shifts
• Train and develop team members to maintain high-quality standards
• Manage inventory and ensure proper food safety procedures are followed

Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent
• 1-2 years previous management experience
• Availability to work nights and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig’s parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family’s beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard.
