Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Inspire: Motivate and guide a team of 5–20 during each shift, setting the tone for excellence.
• Deliver Remarkable Hospitality: Ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for.
• Manage Operations: Oversee team assignments, breaks, and real-time challenges to keep things running smoothly.
• Support Team Success: Coach and mentor team members to help them grow in their roles and careers.
