Job Summary
Christopher’s Pizza, established in 2000, is looking for a dependable, motivated, and hands-on Shift Leader to join our team!


The Shift Leader will be responsible for helping lead daily restaurant operations, providing excellent customer service, and making sure the team works together efficiently. This is a working leadership position—the ideal candidate will lead by example and actively work alongside our staff during busy shifts.


Responsibilities:

•  Lead and support the team during daily operations and busy rushes 
•  Actively work alongside employees and assist with cooking, pizza preparation, customer service, and other restaurant duties 
•  Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet Christopher’s Pizza standards 
•  Help train, coach, and motivate team members 
•  Assign tasks and ensure employees stay productive and on track 
•  Monitor food preparation, cleanliness, and overall restaurant operations 
•  Handle customer questions and resolve issues in a professional manner 
•  Follow and enforce food safety, sanitation, and company policies 
•  Help open and/or close the restaurant and complete shift responsibilities 
•  Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management 
•  Maintain a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment 

Qualifications:

•  Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred 
•  Strong communication and customer service skills 
•  Reliable, responsible, and dependable 
•  Ability to lead by example and work effectively as part of a team 
•  Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment 
•  Positive attitude and strong work ethic 
•  Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods
