Position Overview:
Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
Provide immediate and respectful response to guest's needs
Assist in training new hires and act as a role model for our team
Be a friendly and encouraging team player
Open and/or close shifts as a key holder
Count drawers and finalize the day
Demonstrate excellent communication skills
Qualifications and Requirements:
Smile and create a welcoming atmosphere
Maintain eye contact and speak enthusiastically
Make emotional connections with guests
Have reliable transportation
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong people skills with a desire to serve team members
Commitment to superior customer service
Ability to manage team member behavioral and performance issues
Prior experience as a shift lead, supervisor, or in a similar role is preferred but not required
