Village Store Shift Leader:
Responsible for the proper and efficient operation of his/her shift, within company policy in such a manner as to ensure that the shift contributes to the increased profitability of the store. Provides SUPERIOR customer service to EVERY customer.
Excellent communication skills required and the ability to get along well with others.
Adheres to all city and state ABC/ALE regulations
Ensures that Store Manager is made aware of all sales, lottery, cash and operating discrepancies of more than $5 within 24 hours.
