Shift Leader Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Full Time, Night Shift (72 hours per pay period)
Provides specialized respiratory care to patients with respiratory issues, functioning as part of the patient care team and serving as a resource for staff and physicians. Demonstrates critical clinical skills, emergency response ability, and proficiency in ventilation, blood gas analysis, and patient assessment. Responsible for mentoring staff, coordinating shift assignments, monitoring staffing levels, and ensuring equipment is maintained and properly used. Maintains accurate documentation, participates in quality improvement activities, and supports departmental policies and procedures. Requires a valid RRT credential, Tennessee licensure, current CPR, and 3-5 years of experience preferred. Demonstrates flexibility, decision-making skills, and effective communication across healthcare teams.
