Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
- Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
- Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
- Be a friendly, encouraging team player
- Open and close, lead shifts, key holder
- Count drawers
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Execution of daily shift huddles to ensure all team members are on the same page
- Completing daily and weekly checklist and posting feedback on opportunities for improvement in Kitchen IQ group chat
- Holding team members accountable to expectations
- Meet monthly with their mentors
- Process sedgwick claims
- Create effective setups by EOD saturday two weeks prior
- Communicate maintenance concerns with vendors and leadership team in Kitchen IQ
- Meet biweekly with the assistant director for 1 hour to continue development
- Set daily performance goals for the team
Qualifications and Requirements:

- Able to work 30-40 hrs per week in operations
- Must be fully available Monday-Saturday
- Available to open/close 2 nights/days per week
- Available two fridays and two saturdays per month

- Strong commitment to superior customer service
- Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues
- Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
- Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
