Requirements:

• Hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, and honest with great customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation with a current driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Available to work any time including Saturdays (time off can be requested for special occasions).
• At least one year of previous restaurant management or leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Serve guests by taking orders and handling cash and credit cards, while providing respectful and immediate responses to all guest needs.
• Deliver meals to guests and maintain excellent customer service.
• Ensure cleanliness of the work area, dining room, parking lot, restrooms, and playground.
• Stock necessary items to maintain operations throughout your shift.
• Effectively manage and lead a team while maintaining high hospitality standards.
• Coach, teach, and train team members, creating a positive work environment.
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards.
• Open and/or close the restaurant as a key holder.
