Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and lead daily in the restaurant operations
- Help cast vision and establish a positive, values-driven culture
- Develop and mentor leaders and team members within the department
- Assist in managing labor and achieving department labor goals
- Support the creation and implementation of operational systems
- Ensure operational excellence and uphold top-tier service scores
- Serve guests with genuine hospitality through eye contact, sharing a smile, speaking in a friendly tone, and emotional connection
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
- 1–2 years of leadership experience (restaurant or retail preferred)
- Customer service experience required
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with a high drive for results
- Attention to detail and a passion for excellence
- Ability to manage team member behavior and performance
- Strong commitment to customer service and team development
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Reliable transportation required
- Prior experience as a Shift Lead, Crew Lead, Supervisor, Team Lead, Restaurant Manager, or Assistant Manager is a plus
