Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Crew Members to deliver fast, friendly, and high-quality service during shifts
• Assign workstations and adjust staffing to meet customer demand efficiently
• Ensure all menu items meet Little Caesars’ delicious quality standards
• Train and coach team members on procedures and company standards
• Operate registers and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment
• Communicate shift results and address any concerns with management

What We’re Looking For

• Dependable, enthusiastic, and punctual with a positive attitude
• Previous experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to coach and hold team members accountable
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Availability for assigned shifts, including some evenings and weekends
